Eriberto Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ascensión's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angel Llorian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Fulgencio Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antofalla's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Lizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Pio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antofalla's Epifanio Kauldi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roberto Cerilo in the 87 minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Antofalla had played much better football throughout.
