The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Isaias Menendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Francis having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Chacarita FC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Euloxu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Joanes. Ciro Cordaryal charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Cordaryal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chacarita FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ciro Cordaryal hit a great ball. A hard shot 25 in the game by Anacleto Joanes from a close distance when the talented Arnoldo Euloxu managed to make a qualified save. Chacarita FC's players were relieved. In the 31stth minute of the game Reynaldo Omero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacarita FC's Arnoldo Euloxu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute Maximino Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Francis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute Chacarita FC were awarded a corner. Bernardino Urti went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Chacarita FC's Bernardino Urti to fire away a dangerous shot which Fermin Francis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fermin Francis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Raitin in the 37th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Isaias Menendo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dimas AC's Fermin Francis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anacleto Joanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Maximino Raitin made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Dimas AC's Anacleto Joanes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Euloxu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Fermin Francis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Reynaldo Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Chacarita FC defense, Reynaldo Omero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnoldo Euloxu. The Chacarita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Euloxu should have stopped the shot. Godfredo Ladio charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Feliciano Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dimas AC had won after a very even match.
