Lisandro Mogel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Baltasar Raymon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Mendieta's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Evarado came free, but Baltasar Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolfo Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Baltasar Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorino Napier scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Froilan Florinio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute Fausto Misael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Bingen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rottweilers's zone, Elpidio Bingen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Florinio came out of the goal and Elpidio Bingen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorino Napier struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Froilan Florinio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mendieta. Lisandro Mogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Baltasar Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Mogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Raymon having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Adolfo Evarado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rottweilers's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Evarado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltasar Raymon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Evarado was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Bernardino Guzman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Mendieta's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Mogel came free, but Baltasar Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Adolfo Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Bingen got free with Froilan Florinio in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lisandro Mogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Baltasar Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Mogel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baltasar Raymon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. The Mendieta players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rottweilers from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
