But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Ipar couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Raymon got free with Yunus Sekib in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Scaloneta's Donato Bermund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Cristofor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 13 played minutes BICHO DE PADUA got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Polo. With a little luck, Scaloneta's Yunus Sekib got control of the ball when Domingo Raymon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Domingo Raymon managed to get in a good position for a shot. BICHO DE PADUA's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingo Raymon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yunus Sekib breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Donato Bermund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. Erasmo Roldan charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Roldan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erasmo Roldan kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BICHO DE PADUA! In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Scaloneta. Raimundo Ipar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arnaldo Cristofor. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Sanson to make the kick off. Arnaldo Cristofor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Bermund in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of BICHO DE PADUA booed when Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Sanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Bermund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of BICHO DE PADUA booed when Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Scaloneta played a much better game than BICHO DE PADUA and deserved their victory. The BICHO DE PADUA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
