Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abel Nuno took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Rafael Dimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Nuno did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Baltasar Raymon 10 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, AC Marapá's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Napier came free, but Jacinto Pacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, AC Marapá got a penalty, and Simon Onofre placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 30th match minute, Mendieta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, AC Marapá's Laureano Maraman got a free kick in the 36th minute. Victorino Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jacinto Pacho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mendieta's Eloy Guillelme got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Abel Nuno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baltasar Raymon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute Abel Nuno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Napier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Pacho having to interfere. Esteve Txerran hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Eloy Guillelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes AC Marapá got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Dimo. If Rafael Dimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Marapá's Abel Nuno got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Victorino Napier came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Mendieta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorino Napier couldn't finish the play. Baltasar Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Dimo in the 88th minute of the match. Victorino Napier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Pacho having to interfere. AC Marapá were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mendieta for a fine match.
