Pichanal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Filipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Duraznito's Amadeo Natal got a free kick in the 8th minute. Leandro Unai made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Guaberto Filipo sent off a good shot on target. Cipriano Silbestre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guaberto Filipo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 13 minutes of play, Duraznito's Cipriano Silbestre made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabricio Gabon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guaberto Filipo during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute of the match Faustino Jobo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabricio Gabon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Leandro Unai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Ortzi to make the kick off. Leandro Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Nel, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the game, Joel Ortzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Leandro Unai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Cipriano Silbestre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Duraznito's zone, Santiago Nel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Unai came out of the goal and Santiago Nel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santiago Nel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Unai having to interfere. Joel Ortzi hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Pichanal FC's Fabricio Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Asier in the 69th minute of play. After 75 minutes, Conrado Cresenciano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pichanal FC and the Duraznito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Conrado Cresenciano hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Leandro Unai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Ortzi in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Cipriano Silbestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Guaberto Filipo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Unai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Unai having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pichanal FC defense, Amadeo Natal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Gabon. The Pichanal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Gabon should have stopped the shot. Joel Ortzi struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Leandro Unai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pichanal FC. Pichanal FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Duraznito to leave the ground with a draw.
