Amado Tabor started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Fierrazo Social Club's Marco Arias got a free kick in the 4th minute. The audience was convinced that Andres Giro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Beila was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Melquiades Beila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Giro in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Patricios's Andres Giro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Beila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ovidio Iliana kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Leopoldo Giro hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Patricios's Santiago Barrionuevo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Beila. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. Andres Giro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Beila having to interfere. Melquiades Beila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Barrionuevo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Patricios's Andres Giro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Beila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Paulo Olayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patricios's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Olayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Beila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Giro made a kick off. Santiago Barrionuevo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Melquiades Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Beila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Giro in the 57th minute of play. Santiago Barrionuevo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Andres Giro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Beila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricios made a substitution. Aquilino Nardo replaced Sergio Min. Patricios's Carolo Llorenc was substituted for Tadeo Mede. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romulo Gaueko in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Beila saved Fierrazo Social Club from getting behind. Andres Giro struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Melquiades Beila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patricios. Santiago Barrionuevo scored 5-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melquiades Beila, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Fierrazo Social Club's zone, Andres Giro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Beila came out of the goal and Andres Giro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andres Giro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Beila having to interfere. If Carolo Llorenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Beila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Barrionuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Carolo Llorenc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Andres Giro came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Patricios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Giro couldn't finish the play.
