The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Godfredo Toli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Maximo Argina kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Los Anticanallas's Silvano Eli broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Clemente Sindo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Constantino Belasko skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 17th match minute, Los Anticanallas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Opilano to maneuver through the defense. Eloy Lano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantino Belasko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. If Denis Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Guillermo Cordarius fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ocho Quesos's protests and gave Guillermo Cordarius a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ocho Quesos's Guillermo Cordarius got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute, Eloy Lano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Constantino Belasko, passed just outside the right post. Silvestre Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Gauargi having to interfere. Godfredo Toli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ocho Quesos's Mario Gauargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Haimar in the 37th minute of play. Denis Haimar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd minute, Tobias Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Eloy Lano made the kick off in the second half. Constantino Belasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Guillermo Cordarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Belasko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eloy Lano went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Godfredo Toli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Gauargi having to interfere. Denis Haimar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ocho Quesos getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eloy Lano hit a great ball. The supporters of Los Anticanallas booed when Ocho Quesos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Argina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes Los Anticanallas got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Hori. In the 77th minute of the match Matias Olivar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Constantino Belasko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 78 played minutes Los Anticanallas got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Hori. Eloy Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eloy Lano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Los Anticanallas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eloy Lano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Los Anticanallas booed when Ocho Quesos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Tome didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Anticanallas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ocho Quesos.
