Fierrazo Social Club's Melquiades Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Gagriel in the 24th minute of play. When Bernabe Gagriel came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Miraflores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Gagriel couldn't finish the play. Ovidio Iliana hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Fierrazo Social Club's goalkeeper Melquiades Beila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Abilio. 46 minutes into the match, Fierrazo Social Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Gagriel came free, but Melquiades Beila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amado Tabor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Amado Tabor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amado Tabor struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Ladislao Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fierrazo Social Club. Vicente Gar hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ladislao Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Amado Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Miraflores getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Anacleto Quintin hit a great ball. Melquiades Beila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Gagriel in the 68th minute of the match. Bernabe Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Melquiades Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Miraflores's Baldomiro Guipuzkoa got a free kick in the 77th minute. The audience was convinced that Amado Tabor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ladislao Pedroso was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Bernabe Gagriel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Remigio got free with Ladislao Pedroso in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 minutes, Eulalio Haritzeder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miraflores and the Fierrazo Social Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Fierrazo Social Club booed when Miraflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Haritzeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
