Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Cuyoj's Serafino Rivas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andres Fanuco hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Christian Asur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th match minute, Club Atlético Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Rico to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, one of Club Atlético Temperley:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atlético Temperley. The referee gave Cuyoj a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cosme Telmo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atlético Temperley's Martin Fernendo. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Gonsalve in the 26th minute of play forced Club Atlético Temperley's goalkeeper Martin Fernendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes Club Atlético Temperley got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Garaile. In the 36th minute Christian Asur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Fernendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafino Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Fernendo having to interfere. Serafino Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Asur in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Fernendo saved Club Atlético Temperley from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute Danilo Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Loiola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Christian Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Atlético Temperley's Martin Fernendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Temperley from getting a goal against them. Camilo Loiola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Bernardino Gonsalve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Fernendo having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Cuyoj got a freekick which was hit by Christian Asur. Cuyoj's Camilo Loiola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Firmo in the 88th minute of play. In the 96th minute of the match, Christian Asur got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martin Fernendo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
