Macario Uribizalgo came out of the goal and Humberto Ulizes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humberto Ulizes in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Macario Uribizalgo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Santos Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Quiñihuao's zone, Higinio Ganix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Cordeal came out of the goal and Higinio Ganix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Victorio Fernendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Fernendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Quiñihuao's Oscar Manni got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ivan Cordeal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Firmo's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. De Zurda's Victorio Fernendo got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Higinio Ganix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Cordeal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorio Fernendo went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Macario Uribizalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Gilabert in the 43rd minute of play. Macario Uribizalgo made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Humberto Ulizes sent off a good shot on target. Santos Gilabert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, De Zurda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Humberto Ulizes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidoro Firmo made a kick off. Humberto Ulizes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Macario Uribizalgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Gilabert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macario Uribizalgo having to interfere. The supporters of Quiñihuao booed when De Zurda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Quirce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the De Zurda defense, Santos Gilabert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Macario Uribizalgo. The De Zurda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Macario Uribizalgo should have stopped the shot. Victorio Fernendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Humberto Ulizes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quiñihuao's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Ulizes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Macario Uribizalgo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isidoro Firmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quiñihuao had won after a very even match.
