When Apolo Isadore came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Maschwitz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apolo Isadore couldn't finish the play. Apolo Isadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Truylos having to interfere. Alonzo Peio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saverio Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Arotza in the 16th minute of the match. Saverio Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Truylos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Isadore's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. When Alejandro Castel fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Pela FC's protests and gave Alejandro Castel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Maschwitz FC booed when El Pela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Castel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Apolo Isadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maschwitz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Isadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Ipar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Melquiades Truylos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, El Pela FC's Severino Patxi got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Alejandro Castel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. Alejandro Castel hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Pela FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matias Laffitte was slow to take the kick. During this time Maschwitz FC's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Constantino Dalmai advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Apolo Isadore made a kick off. Leonel Ipar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the game, Maschwitz FC's Apolo Isadore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Truylos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Apolo Isadore kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Oliverio during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Nicolas Oliverio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonel Ipar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Melquiades Truylos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Pela FC's Melquiades Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Isadore in the 70th minute of play. Melquiades Truylos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Isadore in the 74th minute of the match. Leonel Ipar might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Truylos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Ipar ran back to his position shaking his head. Melquiades Truylos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Isadore in the 83rd minute of the match. The long shot by Aurelio Ilazki in the 90th minute really tested Saverio Umbruso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Leandro Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. El Pela FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
