The supporters of Apacheta FC booed when Sampacho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Palben didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Apacheta FC's Laureano Mincho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Victorio Aurre. Victorio Aurre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 11th minute Basilio Palben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Tulio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Apacheta FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Veremundo. 20 minutes into the match, Sampacho's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Mincho came free, but Victorio Aurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Atilano Mincho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Apacheta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Prudencio Berriotxoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Berriotxoa in the 32nd minute of play forced Apacheta FC's goalkeeper Everardo Tulio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Apacheta FC defense, Prudencio Berriotxoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Tulio. The Apacheta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Tulio should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Berriotxoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Everardo Tulio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Galtero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Sampacho's goalkeeper Victorio Aurre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Atilano Mincho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Veremundo in the 41st minute of play forced Sampacho's goalkeeper Victorio Aurre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Laureano Mincho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Apacheta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laureano Mincho was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sampacho's Prudencio Berriotxoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Everardo Tulio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 54th minute Atilano Mincho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Aurre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Tulio made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Luisito Quexal sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Prudencio Berriotxoa took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Everardo Tulio to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th match minute, Sampacho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Gabrio to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Berriotxoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luisito Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Galtero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Everardo Tulio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sampacho's Victorio Aurre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Mincho in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match, Prudencio Berriotxoa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Everardo Tulio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sampacho's Victorio Aurre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Mincho in the 93rd minute of play. The Apacheta FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
