The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Segio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Everardo Tulio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Senon in the 69th minute of play. Hermengildo Senon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Tulio having to interfere. Apacheta FC's Everardo Tulio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Senon in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno Edur got free with Aristides Henric in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Apacheta FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
