Virgilio Ipar kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Atilano Felo fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored American Ipa FC's protests and gave Atilano Felo a yellow card for diving instead. 19 minutes into the game, one of American Ipa FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 21st minute there was a penalty for Southern Oilers Athletic. Ramon Teodor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Clemente Garin. 1-0. If Nestor Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Angelo Mark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. Leonardo Telo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Colas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clemente Garin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Truylos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Mark could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Leonardo Telo made a huge save. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Southern Oilers Athletic's goalkeeper Leonardo Telo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute of the match, Alejo Colas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonardo Telo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejo Colas in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Telo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Mark got free with Leonardo Telo in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes, Virgilio Ipar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the American Ipa FC and the Southern Oilers Athletic players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to American Ipa FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Virgilio Ipar hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Ramon Teodor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Garin skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to American Ipa FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Froilan Lazcano hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as American Ipa FC's Virgilio Ipar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Telo. That made the score 1-2 after 94 minutes of play. Alejo Colas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Telo having to make a save. The Southern Oilers Athletic supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching American Ipa FC's performance. The match ended with a win for American Ipa FC.
