Braulio Cresconio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Arnaldo Ramond when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Braulio Cresconio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Seguinus's late challenge caught a san lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Muschaca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnaldo Ramond should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute Braulio Cresconio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Ramond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Monte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnaldo Ramond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Eustacio Atarrabi scored 2-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Ciano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Quinteros during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The san lorenzo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Muschaca FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
