Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eduardo Eztebe started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Eztebe in the 3rd minute of play forced American Ipa FC's goalkeeper Clemente Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute of the match, Angelo Mark got a very nice opportunity to score, but Narciso Tino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When La22's Eduardo Eztebe in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Clemente Garin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Eztebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, American Ipa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Ipar to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Eduardo Eztebe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Garin. American Ipa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduardo Eztebe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 27 minutes into the game, La22's Eduardo Eztebe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Garin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Alejo Colas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Tino having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in American Ipa FC's zone, Justino Ekain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Garin came out of the goal and Justino Ekain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingos Fliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Garin having to interfere. Clemente Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Ekain in the 40th minute of play. Clemente Garin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half La22 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes, American Ipa FC's Atilano Felo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narciso Tino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in American Ipa FC reached it. Clemente Garin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Eztebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Eduardo Eztebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Garin having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Justino Ekain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Garin. That made the score 0-3 in the 67 minute of play. Justino Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Clemente Garin made a huge save. When Alejo Colas came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the American Ipa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejo Colas couldn't finish the play. Eduardo Eztebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Clemente Garin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Ekain did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Clemente Garin 94 minutes into the match. La22's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
