Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Oskitz took the kick off in the first half of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Lanus United AC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Cordearo came free, but Prudencio Celio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 10 in the game by Ruben Castulo from a close distance when the talented Vinicio Ceandro managed to make a qualified save. Lolog's players were relieved. Lanus United AC's Prudencio Celio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Oskitz in the 15th minute of play. Aquiles Olayo's late challenge caught a Lolog's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Olayo helped the player get up and apologised. Mariano Oskitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Celio having to interfere. Vinicio Ceandro came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Lanus United AC's Baldomiro Iratxo. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Iratxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Martin Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Victor Cordearo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lanus United AC's zone, Mariano Oskitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Celio came out of the goal and Mariano Oskitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Victor Cordearo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lolog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Cordearo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Victor Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldomiro Iratxo to strike the kick off in the second half. Victor Cordearo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Prudencio Celio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lanus United AC's Aquiles Olayo got a free kick in the 59th minute. Vinicio Ceandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Lolog getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Octavio Lia hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, one of Lolog:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lolog. In the 70th minute, Ruben Castulo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lanus United AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Baldomiro Iratxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Silvano Caitano fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lolog's protests and gave Silvano Caitano a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Lolog got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Caitano. Prudencio Celio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Oskitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prudencio Celio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Cordearo in the 90th minute. Mariano Oskitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Ruben Castulo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
