After some careless play in the LIKE A STONE defense, Teo Iigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conrado Che. The LIKE A STONE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conrado Che should have stopped the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Gervasio Criston was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peña FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LIKE A STONE the free kick. A collision led to Peña FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Gervasio Criston hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, LIKE A STONE's Fernan Senio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Ramos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antonio Maldonados short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Denis Ramos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teo Iigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Che having to interfere. Edgardo Salvator hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Gogo Jakue charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gogo Jakue the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Gogo Jakue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Antonio Maldonado came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the LIKE A STONE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Maldonado couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes of play, Peña FC's Teo Iigo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Che was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denis Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Senio in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Roberto Chucho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LIKE A STONE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peña FC the free kick. Roberto Chucho kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 41 minutes of play LIKE A STONE's Roberto Chucho was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to LIKE A STONE getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Roberto Chucho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Iigo in the 48th minute of play forced LIKE A STONE's goalkeeper Conrado Che to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teo Iigo made a kick off. When Camilo Lizardi fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LIKE A STONE's protests and gave Camilo Lizardi a yellow card for diving instead. 56 minutes into the match, Teo Iigo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Conrado Che, 0-3. LIKE A STONE's Conrado Che proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save LIKE A STONE from getting a goal against them. Gerardo Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Conrado Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LIKE A STONE's Gogo Jakue got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Gogo Jakue off the ground. The supporters of Peña FC booed when LIKE A STONE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Jakue didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, LIKE A STONE's goalkeeper Conrado Che had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Evarado. If Teo Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Iigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Conrado Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes LIKE A STONE got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Senio. After a rather tough play, LIKE A STONE's Fernan Senio got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Gerardo Evarado fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Conrado Che, passed just outside the right post. Conrado Che made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Iigo in the 96th minute of play. The Peña FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peña FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
