After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Palermo's zone, Octavio Eskuin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Progreso Argentino. The referee gave Club Atletico Palermo a penalty, 49 minutes into the game.
