The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Efrain Cuartio during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Barcelona V. Paranacito got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Cuartio. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Jesus Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Chap in the 28th minute of play. Elvio Chap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Raymon in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Tavio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Apolo Jacob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Elvio Chap ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Tavio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Lisandro Otsando was a little too slow when Baldomero Virila got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A hard shot 55 in the game by Elvio Chap from a close distance when the talented Jesus Tavio managed to make a qualified save. Barcelona V. Paranacito's players were relieved. After some careless play in the Barcelona V. Paranacito defense, Elvio Chap kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesus Tavio. The Barcelona V. Paranacito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesus Tavio should have stopped the shot. Lisandro Otsando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Jacob, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to Tortugas FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Aquilino Ibon hit a great ball. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Apolo Jacob got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 72 minutes, Elvio Chap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tortugas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Chap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Efrain Cuartio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. In the 74th minute, Efrain Cuartio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvio Chap blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Tavio having to make a save. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Jesus Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Gabrio in the 81st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona V. Paranacito's zone, Elvio Chap stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Tavio came out of the goal and Elvio Chap tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Tortugas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Jacob came free, but Lisandro Otsando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Jesus Tavio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Barcelona V. Paranacito from getting a goal against them. Elvio Chap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jesus Tavio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Barcelona V. Paranacito fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tortugas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
