Lucio Orkatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Endira having to interfere. In the 7th minute Froilan Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Bizen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Bizen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Iraunkor in the 11th minute of the match. Placido Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Cordarell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Farias in the 17th minute of play forced Jounin Team's goalkeeper Placido Bizen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Pastor Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diablos FC.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucio Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Placido Herensuge came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Jounin Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Herensuge couldn't finish the play. When Diablos FC.'s Froilan Iraunkor in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute, Damian Corderun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Froilan Iraunkor was the one to do the kick off. Godofredo Cordarell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Diablos FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Orkatz came free, but Guaberto Endira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Herensuge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Guaberto Endira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godofredo Cordarell might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Placido Bizen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godofredo Cordarell ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godofredo Cordarell got free with Placido Bizen in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Froilan Iraunkor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 75 played minutes, Jounin Team's Siro Dolcet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guaberto Endira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jounin Team reached it. Jounin Team's Placido Bizen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Jounin Team from getting a goal against them. Godofredo Cordarell in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Placido Bizen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pastor Derwin's late challenge caught a Jounin Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pastor Derwin helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Diablos FC. got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Derwin. 87 minutes into the game, Diablos FC.'s Godofredo Cordarell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Placido Bizen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Diablos FC. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
