The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geronimo Pudes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Aquiles Ospetsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Mauricio Ponciano notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Fredriksson AFC's Geronimo Pudes. Geronimo Pudes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aquiles Ospetsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Pudes having to interfere. In the 97th minute Everardo Lugo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Pudes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tipal AFC were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Fredriksson AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Saturnino Erramu took the corner. When the match was over Tipal AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fredriksson AFC throughout the match.
