Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Delmar Bartoleme made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Salmoneros's zone, Donato Ixidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Daunte came out of the goal and Donato Ixidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Salmoneros! Elpidio Daunte went to the wrong direction when Maximiliano Cesario was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 14th minute Donato Ixidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Marks short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Elpidio Daunte to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Delmar Bartoleme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Gorri having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Rafael Urti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norberto Gorri. Trapiche AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Urti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Salmoneros's Conrado Txindoki got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Israel Mark in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elpidio Daunte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Urti in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elpidio Daunte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Ixidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Rafael Urti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Gorri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 35 minutes into the match, Trapiche AFC's Israel Mark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elpidio Daunte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39thth minute of the game Delmar Bartoleme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trapiche AFC's Norberto Gorri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Salmoneros fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Salmoneros's Delmar Bartoleme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Conrado Txindoki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Salmoneros were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Ixidor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Delmar Bartoleme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norberto Gorri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Urti in the 53rd minute. Salmoneros's Rafael Urti got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Txindoki struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Norberto Gorri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salmoneros. In the 75th minute Delmar Bartoleme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trapiche AFC's Norberto Gorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Bartoleme in the 85th minute of play. Israel Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Salmoneros could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trapiche AFC throughout the match.
