Lorenzo Viviano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Sol in the 35th minute of the match. If Hugo Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cyanide FC's Santo Ezkerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Ipar in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Jeremias Ipar made the kick off in the second half. Cyanide FC's Amado Baristo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Osasun in the 57th minute of play forced Cyanide FC's goalkeeper Santo Ezkerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jeremias Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Amado Baristo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Placido Sol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cyanide FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Sol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Viviano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, Cyanide FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Rik came free, but Santo Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Alejo Pes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cyanide FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgrano FC the free kick. After 85 played minutes Cyanide FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Pes.
