Corona Central's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 7th match minute, Corona Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Guillelme to maneuver through the defense. Cayetano Ipar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Placido Sol went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cayetano Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Pes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Placido Sol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cyanide FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After having played for 26 minutes, Lucas Jerico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corona Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Jerico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Paulino Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Ezkerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Jerico in the 34th minute of the match. Placido Sol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Baristo scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Ipar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Cyanide FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lucas Jerico made the kick off in the second half. Corona Central's Cayetano Ipar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Corona Central from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Jerico in the 63rd minute of play forced Cyanide FC's goalkeeper Santo Ezkerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corona Central's Ovidio Gomez got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the game, Lucas Jerico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corona Central's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cyanide FC the free kick. A collision led to Corona Central getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Lucas Jerico hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Paulino Lawrence got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Placido Sol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Cayetano Ipar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Amado Baristo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cayetano Ipar. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 82nd minute, Lucas Jerico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corona Central fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Santo Ezkerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 90 played minutes Corona Central got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Guillelme. Amado Baristo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Ipar having to interfere. Ovidio Gomez hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cyanide FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
