In the 33rd minute, Horacio Rumaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th match minute, Ananá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Santio to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Gilberto Gonza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Maradona F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Orti came free, but Bernardino Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. One of Maradona F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ananá:s goal. After recieving a nice pass, Maradona F.C.'s Romeo Patxi tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Horacio Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Acosta having to interfere. Gonzalo Acosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Gonza in the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Jairo Fernanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Patxi missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 97 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Gonzalo Acosta right hand side. Ananá were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Maradona F.C. for a fine match.
