In the 4th minute, Agustin Santio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timoteo Baristo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ananá. In the 12th minute Arnulfo Orti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Baristo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Domingo Rius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Rius in the 18th minute of play forced Ananá's goalkeeper Gonzalo Acosta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Segundo Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Magdaleno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Gonzalo Acosta made a huge save. Ananá's Florencio Llin got his second yellow card of the match in the 22nd minute. The referee ordered Florencio Llin off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ananá's Florencio Llin got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Melquiades Sotero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Segundo Magdaleno struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Gonzalo Acosta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JESU FUTBOL CLUB. After a rather tough play, JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Ermegildo Matxin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes Ananá got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Quinton. Segundo Magdaleno in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonzalo Acosta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ananá's goalkeeper Gonzalo Acosta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ananá's Arnulfo Orti got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Domingo Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

With a little luck, JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Timoteo Baristo got control of the ball when Melquiades Sotero tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Melquiades Sotero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Acosta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Rius, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Segundo Magdaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Acosta having to interfere. Ananá's Gonzalo Acosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Magdaleno in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Segundo Magdaleno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonzalo Acosta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melquiades Sotero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ananá's Gonzalo Acosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Magdaleno in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
