Ildefonso Iago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Benito Gaizko made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Aurken in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Gaizko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. German Aurken who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Benito Gaizko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Chelsea FC's goalkeeper Benito Gaizko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Aurken. In the 23rd minute of the match Agrelo got a corner. Chelsea FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edelmiro Milian ran over to the corner to take the kick. German Aurken who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Benito Gaizko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 28th match minute, Agrelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Corderro to maneuver through the defense. German Aurken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Benito Gaizko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Aurken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Benito Gaizko made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Agrelo's German Aurken sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Gaizko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Chelsea FC's goalkeeper Benito Gaizko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Aurken.

After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea FC's zone, Aldo Osmundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Gaizko came out of the goal and Aldo Osmundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Osmundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Chelsea FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Aurken came free, but Benito Gaizko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Gaizko having to interfere. If Aldo Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Aurken, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Aurken in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The Agrelo manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Chelsea FC to win.
