An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Sesuldo in the 16th minute of play forced El sueño del pibe BOT-u18's goalkeeper Bernardino Aurken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Efrain Sesuldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelsea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Sesuldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Aurken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Leizarraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Bernardino Aurken made a huge save. When Evaristo Aires fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chelsea FC's protests and gave Evaristo Aires a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chelsea FC's Evaristo Aires got a free kick in the 25th minute. Benito Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Dabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Benito Gaizko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Paulo Leizarraga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelsea FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El sueño del pibe BOT-u18 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chelsea FC's Paulo Leizarraga got a free kick in the 39th minute. Angelino Rocendo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Chelsea FC's Lorenzo Barea tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Americo Lawrence stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Americo Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Benito Gaizko managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when El sueño del pibe BOT-u18's Americo Lawrence fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Americo Lawrence could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Benito Gaizko made a huge save. Benito Gaizko was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Mauro Dabi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mauro Dabi really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Benito Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Dabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 75 minutes of play Chelsea FC's Evaristo Aires was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jonas Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bernardino Aurken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Chelsea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Dabi came free, but Benito Gaizko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Mauro Dabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El sueño del pibe BOT-u18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Dabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Americo Lawrence could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Benito Gaizko made a huge save. 93 minutes into the match, El sueño del pibe BOT-u18's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Leizarraga came free, but Bernardino Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El sueño del pibe BOT-u18 played a much better game than Chelsea FC and deserved their victory. The Chelsea FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
