The referee ignored Gatitos del Sur's protests and gave Javier Cebrian a yellow card for diving instead. Javier Cebrian hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Claudio Maju sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremias Cai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Tallia in the 25th minute of play. Hipolito Rosalio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Jerrald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Chano hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Felix Tallia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jeremias Cai. Felix Tallia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Tallia was the one to do the kick off. Hipolito Rosalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Maju in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gatitos del Sur's zone, Rosendo Miro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Cai came out of the goal and Rosendo Miro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Maju received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Hipolito Rosalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Maju was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cornelio Estebe hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Club Social & Cultural's goalkeeper Hipolito Rosalio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleto Jerrald. Jeremias Cai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Tallia in the 69th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Rosendo Miro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jeremias Cai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Felix Tallia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Social & Cultural's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Tallia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Cai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Claudio Maju got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gatitos del Sur's Jeremias Cai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Tallia in the 91st minute of play. Cleto Jerrald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Social & Cultural's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
