Rodrigo Primeiro scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Telesforo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Golden Glory's Rodrigo Primeiro in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Primeiro in the 19th minute of play forced El Velez de Bianchi's goalkeeper Diego Telesforo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Velez de Bianchi getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ciro Feo hit a great ball. Golden Glory's Honorio Cisco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Golden Glory from getting a goal against them. Rodrigo Primeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute, Santiago Reno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Telesforo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 38th minute, Ciro Feo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes Golden Glory got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Teofilio. 45 minutes into the match, El Velez de Bianchi's Nicasio Urdaspal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Reno to make the kick off. When Santiago Reno came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Golden Glory fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Reno couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute Roman Turi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Telesforo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th match minute, El Velez de Bianchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Feo to maneuver through the defense. Santiago Reno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Diego Telesforo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Victoriano Lluis put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Diego Telesforo. Santiago Reno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Telesforo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prospero Cresenciano during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diego Telesforo made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Rodrigo Primeiro sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of El Velez de Bianchi booed when Golden Glory was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Gonchan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Maiorga in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 played minutes El Velez de Bianchi got a freekick which was hit by Roque Uxio. A hard shot 88 in the game by Rodrigo Primeiro from a close distance when the talented Diego Telesforo managed to make a qualified save. El Velez de Bianchi's players were relieved. Honorio Cisco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Hermon in the 89th minute of the match. Roman Turi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Golden Glory's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
