Evelio Quinteros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Mel in the 22nd minute of play. Lisandro Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Quinteros having to interfere. Evelio Quinteros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Mel in the 25th minute of the match. The referee ignored gato ulises's protests and gave Gerardo Bordat a yellow card for diving instead. Melquiades Mel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Quinteros having to interfere. In the 75th minute Lisandro Etxepare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Quinteros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Lisandro Etxepare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caravantes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Etxepare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Quinteros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Lisandro Etxepare sped through gato ulises's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evelio Quinteros.
