German Abad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. German Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Cucao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Jakobe's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. German Abad took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moises Cucao. Moises Cucao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melquiades Mel to make the kick off. Moises Cucao made an important save on a dangerous shot by German Abad in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Caravantes FC's zone, Edgard Jakobe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moises Cucao came out of the goal and Edgard Jakobe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Lisandro Etxepare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Matias Gaskon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dr. Favaloro's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Gaskon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Cucao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Ciceron kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Edgard Jakobe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Moises Cucao, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Caravantes FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gaston Llorian hit a great ball. German Abad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Moises Cucao skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaston Llorian during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Caravantes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Llorian to maneuver through the defense. Melquiades Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ruperto Jusepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Melquiades Mel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruperto Jusepe. Dr. Favaloro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melquiades Mel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Caravantes FC's Moises Cucao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Caravantes FC from getting a goal against them. Caravantes FC's Moises Cucao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Jakobe in the 92nd minute of play. Melquiades Mel might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Jusepe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melquiades Mel ran back to his position shaking his head. The Caravantes FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dr. Favaloro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
