Emiliano Goiz's late challenge caught a Gezte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Dino didn't quite understand what happened when in the 9 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 10 played minutes Don Ramon FC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Ferran. Don Ramon FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Aureliano Bernabel scored to the left of an out of position Abelardo Montel, making the score, 1-0. In the 20th minute, Ruperto Escobar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Don Ramon FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Guillermo Osasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Abelardo Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ruperto Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Aureliano Bernabel made the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Baladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aldo Balendin kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Abelardo Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Bernabel in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Aureliano Bernabel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Montel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Aureliano Bernabel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Bernabel in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Montel saved Don Ramon FC from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Baldomero Baladi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Baladi in the 72nd minute of play forced Gezte's goalkeeper Cipriano Asteri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Teobaldo Dino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teobaldo Dino was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Gezte's Teobaldo Dino got a free kick in the 75th minute. Aureliano Bernabel took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Montel. Abelardo Montel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Ruperto Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Asteri having to interfere.
