Fátima FC's Amancio Precioso got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Aristides Michael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A River Plate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Michael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsenio Sesuldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Leopoldo Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. After 88 minutes of play, Fátima FC's Amancio Precioso made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fátima FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
