In the 28th minute Julian Panpili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Gaizkine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Orlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 64th minute of the match Anier Pere sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvaro Honesto skillfully saved the ball. Domingos Gaizkine made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Valentino FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
