Pedro Fertus hit a great ball. Alfredo Elodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Txordon having to interfere. Anselmo Lizardi struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Amadeo Txordon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alberto renuncia FC. In the 19th minute, Abel Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Alberto renuncia FC booed when Escobar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Hondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The wind increased when Anselmo Lizardi made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Lizardi got free with Amadeo Txordon in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Fertus was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Pedro Fertus kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Alberto renuncia FC's Anselmo Lizardi in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Eudoxio during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The score was 2-6 after a penalty in the 78th minute, where Alberto renuncia FC:s Fausto Bras tricked Escobar FC:s Amadeo Txordon with a difficult ball by the left post. Fausto Bras stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Amadeo Txordon. 2-7. If Anselmo Lizardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anselmo Lizardi in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Txordon saved Escobar FC from getting behind. Alfredo Elodio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 101st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Alberto renuncia FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Escobar FC throughout the match.
