The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Cirilo Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th match minute, Escobar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Fertus to maneuver through the defense. Amadeo Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Tolino in the 8th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Amadeo Txordon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Escobar FC's Amadeo Txordon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Escobar FC from getting a goal against them. After 14 played minutes Escobar FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Loco. In the 20th minute, Damian Sansone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Jayvier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Escobar FC's Jeronimo Jayvier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Iaki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th minute Cirilo Conrao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Iaki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Cirilo Conrao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeronimo Jayvier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Iaki having to interfere. Fulgencio Berdoi's late challenge caught a Escobar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Berdoi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bermellon FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Fulgencio Berdoi hit a great ball. Patricio Terciero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Amadeo Txordon made a huge save. After 35 played minutes Escobar FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Fertus. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Elodio during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Placido Elodio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Emanuel Iaki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Conrao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Conrao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeronimo Jayvier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Iaki having to interfere. Patricio Terciero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Celso Tolino made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Bermellon FC's zone, Cirilo Conrao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Iaki came out of the goal and Cirilo Conrao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Jayvier dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuel Iaki, 0-1. In the 66thth minute of the game Celso Tolino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escobar FC's Amadeo Txordon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amadeo Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Terciero in the 68th minute of the match. Amadeo Txordon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Tolino, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Clodoveo Nabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Escobar FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
