The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Azibar got free with Silvio Artizar in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Stegmann FC's Denis Basualdo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaston Salvino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ruben Sansone made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Stegmann FC's Bobby Kiørbye. In the 31st minute, Bobby Kiørbye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicanor Orlondon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Artizar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. If Bobby Kiørbye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Stegmann FC's Denis Basualdo got a free kick in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bobby Kiørbye managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stegmann FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bobby Kiørbye was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Salvino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alvaro Bittor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

NATALIA NATALIA's Claudio Azibar got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Azibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Artizar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stegmann FC's Alvaro Bittor got a free kick in the 57th minute. Silvio Artizar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Orlondon went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to NATALIA NATALIA getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Isidro Bizen hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Alvaro Bittor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stegmann FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Bittor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Salvino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, NATALIA NATALIA's Gaston Salvino got control of the ball when Alvaro Bittor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stegmann FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NATALIA NATALIA the free kick. If Alvaro Bittor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Bobby Kiørbye kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gaston Salvino. That made the score 2-1 in the 87 minute of play.
