In the 3rd minute, Silvano Artal made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Salvator. Antilla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Garaile in the 18th minute of play forced Club Atlético Madurga's goalkeeper Jeremias Tajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Antilla's Filomeno Garaile got a free kick in the 20th minute. Jeremias Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Artaldo in the 24th minute of play. Jeremias Tajo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Savion in the 28th minute. Club Atlético Madurga's Jeremias Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Artaldo in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Garaile in the 31st minute of play forced Club Atlético Madurga's goalkeeper Jeremias Tajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raimundo Savion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Tajo having to interfere. Bernardo Artaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd match minute, Antilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Ramond to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Madurga defense, Bernardo Artaldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Tajo. The Club Atlético Madurga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Tajo should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. Adolfo Jurdan made a great header on Club Atlético Madurga's corner, it was just that Antilla's Lorenzo Salvator managed to reach the ball for a save. 59 minutes into the match, Bernardo Artaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremias Tajo. Club Atlético Madurga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Artaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The supporters of Club Atlético Madurga booed when Antilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Jordy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Antilla's zone, Silvano Artal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Salvator came out of the goal and Silvano Artal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeremias Tajo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Savion went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Bernardo Artaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jeremias Tajo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Raimundo Savion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Tajo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Silvano Artal hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Jeremias Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Artaldo in the 93rd minute of play. Agustin Odon struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Lorenzo Salvator didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Madurga. Bernardo Artaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Tajo having to make a save. Antilla walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
