After a defensive mix-up in Tumbaya's zone, Nicanor Orlondon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Ugaitz came out of the goal and Nicanor Orlondon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Ugaitz was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Nicanor Orlondon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicanor Orlondon really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Nicanor Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Vicente Castel notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of NATALIA NATALIA's Gaston Salvino. Gaston Salvino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gaston Salvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Castel in the 29th minute of the match. Tumbaya's Vicente Castel got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Vicente Castel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tumbaya fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Gaston Salvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Castel in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th minute Nicanor Orlondon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, NATALIA NATALIA's Nicanor Orlondon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Ugaitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Orlondon to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, NATALIA NATALIA's Nicanor Orlondon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonio Ugaitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Claudio Azibar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudio Azibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicente Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro Remir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Gaston Salvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nicanor Orlondon came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the NATALIA NATALIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Orlondon couldn't finish the play. Tumbaya's Antonio Ugaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Azibar in the 81st minute of play. Nicanor Orlondon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Antonio Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Azibar might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Ugaitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Azibar ran back to his position shaking his head. It was a well-played corner which Javier Salvator managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gaston Salvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Remir in the 97th minute. Tumbaya's Antonio Ugaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Orlondon in the 98th minute of play.
