With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Ospetsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Kelito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Gudesteo came free, but Epifanio Ospetsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Victor Vincente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Atarratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Victor Vincente fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kelito FC's protests and gave Victor Vincente a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Vincente kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Eustaquio Pepillo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Eugenio Gudesteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Epifanio Ospetsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Ibañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kelito FC's Epifanio Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Gudesteo in the 46th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Vincente to make the kick off. Club Atlético Loncopué's Camilo Atarratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Rudolfo in the 54th minute of play. Horacio Ibañez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Ospetsu having to interfere. Eugenio Gudesteos short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Epifanio Ospetsu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Victor Vincente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Ibañez's late challenge caught a Kelito FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horacio Ibañez helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Club Atlético Loncopué got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Ibañez. Victor Vincente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Camilo Atarratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Ospetsu stood somewhat misplaced when Eugenio Gudesteo came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 78 minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Horacio Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Loncopué's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Ibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute Horacio Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Ospetsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Gudesteo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Epifanio Ospetsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Loncopué. Club Atlético Loncopué played a much better game than Kelito FC and deserved their victory. The Kelito FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
