In the 3rd minute Flavio Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gachitos fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelio Rio in the 4th minute. Gachitos fc's Aurelio Rio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristian Joey in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Guaberto Dominic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammed Ahmed Ben Ben Khalidi having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, Gachitos fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Muno to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Papo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Cristian Joey skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Gachitos fc's Basilio Cutberto in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Honorato Papo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Honorato Papo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Basilio Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Honorato Papo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gachitos fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Papo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Joey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Metalmecanica FC's Cristian Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Cutberto in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Basilio Cutberto made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Honorato Papo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Joey was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Metalmecanica FC's zone, Honorato Papo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Joey came out of the goal and Honorato Papo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basilio Cutberto's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Gachitos fc's Honorato Papo got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Honorato Papo came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Gachitos fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Papo couldn't finish the play. Basilio Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorato Papo might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristian Joey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Honorato Papo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 78th minute, Basilio Cutberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorato Papo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, Metalmecanica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Cutberto came free, but Cristian Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Basilio Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Basilio Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Basilio Cutberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gachitos fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Cutberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Metalmecanica FC's Nicasio Leizarraga got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Guaberto Dominic's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mohammed Ahmed Ben Ben Khalidi was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
