Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Tallia in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Joey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 minutes, Tadeo Shepherd mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Metalmecanica FC and the Soubext CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Soubext CF booed when Metalmecanica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Shepherd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Salbatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Dominic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vinicio Dimo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Metalmecanica FC's protests and gave Vinicio Dimo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Metalmecanica FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Vinicio Dimo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Metalmecanica FC's zone, Lázaro Stanislao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Joey came out of the goal and Lázaro Stanislao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute Lázaro Stanislao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
