After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Maximiliano Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babilonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Reyes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marco Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eustaquio Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Maiorga in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, Babilonia's Adan Enaut got control of the ball when Marco Hermon tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Acuerdo's Armando Eneto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Prudencio Eudoxio, made in the 33rd minute of the game. Saul Maiorga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aquiles Maura hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Adan Enaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilano Jusepe's late challenge caught a El Acuerdo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atilano Jusepe helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Babilonia getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Atilano Jusepe hit a great ball. El Acuerdo's Feliberto Urre shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Adan Enaut but with some difficulty. Atilano Jusepe hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Feliberto Urre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Saul Maiorga made the kick off in the second half. Saul Maiorga hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Francisco Sazon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Acuerdo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Babilonia the free kick. Babilonia's Adan Enaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Hermon in the 79th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, El Acuerdo's Gavino Lorenz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adan Enaut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Marco Hermon came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the El Acuerdo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Hermon couldn't finish the play. Gavino Lorenz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Maura during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Aquiles Maura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Despite being the better team, El Acuerdo failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
