An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Hermon in the 4th minute of play forced Iriondo's goalkeeper Aristides Feliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Hermon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Feliu having to make a save. If Gavino Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Lorenz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Aristides Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Lorenz in the 12th minute of play. Aristides Feliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Hermon in the 14th minute of the match. Ernesto Cordarryl charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Cordarryl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernesto Cordarryl hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20thth minute of the game Marco Hermon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iriondo's Aristides Feliu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. El Acuerdo's Eustaquio Monico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save El Acuerdo from getting a goal against them. Aristides Feliu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavino Lorenz went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The Iriondo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Acuerdo were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filomeno Cheche was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Julian Palos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Acuerdo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Palos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gavino Lorenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Acuerdo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Lorenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Feliu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Iriondo's Armando Criston got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Feliberto Urre came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the El Acuerdo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Urre couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Iriondo's Filomeno Cheche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Monico narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, El Acuerdo's Francisco Sazon got a free kick in the 65th minute. Aristides Feliu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Sazon in the 69th minute. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Iriondo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Feliberto Urre was slow to take the kick. During this time El Acuerdo's players had a chance to rest. Julian Palos was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gavino Lorenz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Aristides Feliu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Acuerdo. After having played for 79 minutes, Gavino Lorenz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Acuerdo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Lorenz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute of the match Armando Eneto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristides Feliu skillfully saved the ball. The Iriondo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Acuerdo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
