After a rather tough play, Club Atlético 420's Adolfo Quinteros got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Zapiola AFC's Mateo Palban in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Club Atlético 420's Basilio Gutxi suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateo Palban during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Zapiola AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Palban. Jeremias Colas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Iago having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Diego Txilar made a precise shot to the right of Moises Ferman. Club Atlético 420's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Diego Txilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jeremias Colas made the kick off in the second half. Moises Ferman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Txilar in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute, Diego Txilar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Jeremias Colas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético 420's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Colas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Iago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After some careless play in the Club Atlético 420 defense, Diego Txilar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moises Ferman. The Club Atlético 420 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moises Ferman should have stopped the shot. Diego Txilar struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Moises Ferman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zapiola AFC. Diego Txilar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moises Ferman having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético 420's zone, Diego Txilar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moises Ferman came out of the goal and Diego Txilar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, Mateo Palban notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Club Atlético 420's Moises Ferman. Moises Ferman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moises Ferman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eduardo Goito. Matias Rameriz lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zapiola AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! After having played for 93 minutes, Mateo Palban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapiola AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Palban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Iago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Eladio in the 97th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zapiola AFC's Eduardo Goito got a free kick in the 98th minute. The Zapiola AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zapiola AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
