The audience was convinced that Bernardino Florin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aristides Feliu was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. Jacinto Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Aristides Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Cheche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Sazon having to interfere. Jacinto Guter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Feliu having to make a save. In the 14th minute Bernardino Florin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Feliu made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jacinto Guter sent off a good shot on target. Aristides Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Florin in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Iriondo's zone, Bernardino Florin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Feliu came out of the goal and Bernardino Florin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Eladio in the 21st minute of the match. Jacinto Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aristides Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Feliu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernardino Florin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. After some careless play in the Undertaker defense, Ernesto Cordarryl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Sazon. The Undertaker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Sazon should have stopped the shot. Aristides Feliu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Anacleto Dominguez. After some careless play in the Iriondo defense, Jacinto Guter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Feliu. The Iriondo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Feliu should have stopped the shot. If Bernardino Florin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iriondo's Filomeno Cheche got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Iriondo booed when Undertaker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Iriondo's Fausto Quintan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Sazon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aristides Feliu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Guter went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Filomeno Cheche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Sazon having to interfere. Bruno Sazon had great luck who in the 80thth minute grab hold of the ball when Filomeno Cheche from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. If Bernardino Florin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jacinto Guter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Undertaker's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Guter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Feliu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Bertin struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Aristides Feliu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Undertaker. Undertaker were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Iriondo for a fine match.
