Aristides Feliu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Sancho's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Isaias Edur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Barros's late challenge caught a Camarra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Barros helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Iriondo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Martin Barros hit a great ball. Isaias Edur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Feliu having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Camarra FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Barrionuevo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florentino Eladio. In the 22nd match minute, Camarra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Jurdan to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Quintan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carmelo Barrionuevo. Camarra FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 25th minute, Filomeno Cheche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaias Edur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camarra FC's Isaias Edur got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Dario Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Edur in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Feliu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Camarra FC booed when Iriondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Mikeldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Jacobo Musko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Camarra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Musko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aristides Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Sancho in the 45th minute of play. Carmelo Barrionuevo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Cheche in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filomeno Cheche was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Geronimo Colon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iriondo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Camarra FC the free kick. A collision led to Iriondo getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Geronimo Colon hit a great ball. Dario Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Aristides Feliu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dario Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aristides Feliu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Sancho in the 70th minute. Isaias Edur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Feliu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. If Dario Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Eladio in the 74th minute of play forced Camarra FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Isaias Edur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aristides Feliu. Isaias Edur showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Isaias Edur was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Camarra FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
